In September 2025, at the large-scale music festival 2025 KT Voyage to Jaraseom held on Jaraseom Island in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province, the mobile AI experience booth KT AI Station was operated using the Perso Interactive station.
A station equipped with a KT Wiz player's AI Avatar was installed in the experience zone, and more than 60,000 visitors enjoyed a special experience by chatting in real time with the player's AI Avatar, sending cheering messages, and taking part in events. The AI Avatar, reflecting the player's tone and reactions, responded naturally to various conversation situations such as impressions of participating in the festival, determination for the event, and cheering messages, achieving the result of strengthening both the K intelligence brand and the KT Wiz fan experience at the music festival site.
Background
KT needed content that could deliver the K intelligence brand at Voyage to Jaraseom, a large customer touchpoint, not as simple promotion but as a hands-on experience. Existing booth operations or giveaway events made it difficult to provide a consistent brand experience to all more than 60,000 visitors, and limitations in staffing also created response gaps during peak times.
Leveraging the emotional nature of a music festival, KT needed a new way to create an experience where visitors would naturally stop by and interact directly with the brand. By combining KT Wiz player IP, Perso Interactive Station was chosen as content that both baseball fans and the diverse visitors attending the music festival could naturally engage with and connect emotionally to the brand.
Solution
We created an AI Avatar that reflected the tone and reactions of a KT Wiz player and loaded it into the KT AI Stadium experience zone station. When visitors shared their impressions of participating in the festival, the player's AI Avatar responded with natural reactions suited to the on-site atmosphere, and it continued the conversation in the player's distinctive tone even for questions about their resolve for the event or team cheering messages.
Designed to provide real-time responses tailored to a variety of conversation scenarios based on pre-trained sample answers, it offered visitors an immersive experience that felt like actually talking to the player. The experience center, where AI could be easily tried, created more touchpoints with more visitors and naturally blended into the festival atmosphere, encouraging voluntary participation from attendees.

Results
The experience zone equipped with the player's AI Avatar drew strong attention at the festival site and encouraged spontaneous participation from diverse age groups, from children to adults. The experience of speaking directly with the AI Avatar of a favorite player left a deep impression on visitors, and on-site reactions naturally spread through SNS, leading to increased exposure for the K intelligence brand.
At an emotional music festival, this experience content combining player IP and AI technology proved the possibility of strengthening brand awareness and fan experience at the same time, and established itself as a new model for brand marketing using AI Avatars at large-scale customer events.
