From May 6 to 8, 2026, ESTsoft participated in AI EXPO KOREA 2026 held at COEX in Seoul and showcased the full Perso AI solution lineup in one place, including the real-time conversational AI Avatar service Perso Interactive, Perso AI Studio, and Perso AI Dubbing. By operating a total of 14 large-scale industry-specific experience zones, we created an environment where visitors could directly experience how AI Avatar technology can be used in real-world industrial settings across tourism, mobility, retail, smart home, public services, and more.

At the main entrance of the exhibition hall, an AI tour guide combined with Samsung Electronics' Spatial Signage greeted visitors and left a strong first impression. From the first day of the exhibition, countless attendees and business stakeholders visited the booth, leading to active business meetings and confirming Perso AI's presence as a core solution for the AX era.

Background

AI EXPO KOREA is a large-scale international exhibition where domestic and overseas AI companies and industry stakeholders gather in one place, and it is a stage where the practical industrial applicability of AI technologies can be presented to the broadest possible audience. ESTsoft wanted to prove that the entire Perso AI solution lineup, including Perso Interactive, is not limited to any specific industry and can be used immediately in diverse fields such as tourism, mobility, retail, smart home, and public services. Beyond a simple technology introduction, we planned the exhibit so that visitors could directly experience the technology working in real situations through 14 industry-specific experience zones, giving them an intuitive way to envision applications tailored to their own business environments.

Solution

By placing an AI tour guide combined with Samsung Electronics' Spatial Signage at the main entrance, we designed the exhibit so visitors could experience the technology of Perso Interactive firsthand from the moment they entered. A total of 14 industry-specific zones were operated, including smart mobility (NTT), smart home (Prugio), construction (Doosan Enerbility), as well as receptionist, retail/live commerce, training, and public services, and each experience zone demonstrated AI avatars optimized for the relevant industry scenario in actual operation.

In the Perso AI Studio zone, anyone could easily create AI Avatar content themselves, and in the Perso AI Dubbing zone, visitors could directly see how existing video content can be naturally converted into multiple languages. Through a lineup of more than 40 different avatars and characters, we showcased Perso Interactive's scalability and customization capabilities, while also proving the high-quality AI Avatar technology with precise speech and natural gestures.

Results

From the first day of the exhibition, the booth attracted a steady stream of visitors and business stakeholders, generating an enthusiastic on-site response. Inquiries about adoption continued from visitors who experienced the 14 industry-specific zones firsthand, and the Perso AI Studio and Perso AI Dubbing zones drew strong interest from stakeholders who directly confirmed the convenience of content creation and multilingual conversion. As various business stakeholders expressed strong interest in partnerships to accelerate AX, active business meetings took place, and the full Perso AI solution lineup was introduced on a single stage, making it a meaningful opportunity to reaffirm its position as the global No. 1 AI Avatar platform on Korea's largest AI exhibition stage.
