In June 2026, Perso Interactive participated in the ASTEEDA Executive Salon 2026, an invitation-only Private Salon held in Nozawaonsen-mura, Nagano, Japan. While the KOTRA exhibition allowed us to discover a wide range of partners, ASTEEDA was a venue where we could focus on building deeper relationships and high-level networking, as executives from major Japanese companies gathered in one place.

We participated as panelists in two sessions themed around Media & Entertainment and AI Management Trust. This led to meetings with executives from leading major Japanese conglomerates such as Lotte Holdings, Fujitsu, and Hikari Tsushin, directly confirming that interest in Perso Interactive is expanding beyond active working levels to the executive and policy levels. Through this event, following NTT, we secured further cooperation with large-scale Japanese retail companies, establishing a core network foundation for scaling up Perso Interactive in the Japanese market.

Background

Confirming the potential in the Japanese B2B market through the KOTRA AI Frontier Korea in Japan exhibition, ESTsoft determined that networking at the executive level, going beyond working-level contacts, is key to market expansion due to the nature of Japanese business culture that emphasizes trust and relationships, and thus pursued participation in ASTEEDA. Given the nature of the event as an invitation-only Private Salon where executives from major Japanese companies gather in one place, it was the perfect stage to directly deliver ESTsoft's vision and the actual operational competitiveness of Perso Interactive to executives, going beyond a simple technology introduction.

Solution

By participating as panelists in the 'Changes in Media & Entertainment in the AI Era and Korea-Japan Co-evolution' session and the 'In the AI Era, What Do Companies Believe in to Manage?' session, we held in-depth discussions with executives from major Japanese companies such as Lotte Holdings, Fujitsu, and Hikari Tsushin on the topics of AI utilization in content, IP, and enter-tech fields, as well as security and trust in the AI era. Following the sessions, we continued individual meetings with key attendees to materialize business cooperation possibilities.

In particular, Kenichi Tamatsuka, Representative Director of Lotte Holdings, personally visited the booth to discuss in-depth the possibility of all-round AI business cooperation between Lotte Group companies and ESTsoft. We also introduced actual operational cases based on AI Avatar and Agentic AI to major Japanese retail and entertainment companies such as Daimaru Matsuzakaya and INSPIRE VIP Casino Club to conduct specific collaboration discussions.

Results

Through our participation in ASTEEDA, we directly confirmed that interest in Perso Interactive among Japanese companies is spreading beyond working-level staff to executive and policy levels. Following NTT, we secured additional cooperation with large-scale Japanese retail companies, further expanding our partnership base in the Japanese market, and also established networks with major IT and telecommunications conglomerates such as Fujitsu and Hikari Tsushin.

Various Perso Interactive references operating in Korea elicited high trust and interest from Japanese companies. At a time when Japanese companies are accepting AI adoption as a core management agenda, it was an opportunity to feel that Perso Interactive is positioning itself as a promising partner. Taking the consecutive steps from the KOTRA exhibition to ASTEEDA as a springboard, we are actively expanding opportunities to preoccupy the Japanese market.
