At AI EXPO KOREA 2026, ESTsoft focused on directly demonstrating how Perso Interactive works in real industrial settings. Through industry-specific experience zones implemented with real partners such as NTT, Prugio, Doosan Enerbility, and Nonsan City Hall, we directly proved that AI Avatar is a solution that can be immediately applied across a wide range of industries, including mobility, smart homes, construction sites, retail, and public services. Rather than presenting abstract technology, the experience zones featuring actual partner brands and scenarios left a strong impression on visitors and led to active business inquiries from companies considering adoption.
Background
Perso Interactive had accumulated reference cases of real-world deployments across various industries, but opportunities to showcase multiple industry applications at once in a single place were limited. Since AI EXPO KOREA 2026 brought together corporate stakeholders and decision-makers from many industries, it provided the most effective stage for conveying Perso Interactive’s versatility and practicality by allowing visitors to experience optimized scenarios for each industry firsthand.

Solution
We organized the exhibition booth around industry-specific experience zones implemented with real partners.
In the smart mobility zone with NTT, an AI Avatar installed in the vehicle naturally guided passengers on their destination, nearby information, and convenience services, presenting a scenario that transformed travel time into a new travel experience.
In the Prugio smart home zone, an AI Avatar concierge supported daily convenience for residents through natural conversation, creating a smart living environment.
In the experience zone with Doosan Enerbility, we introduced an AI Avatar at a construction site to demonstrate the potential for automating worker risk assessments, and presented a use case in industrial safety through a scenario that provided safety guidelines in real time.
In the retail and live commerce zone, an AI Avatar provided an interactive shopping experience by naturally introducing products by voice and responding to customer questions in real time.
In the HR and training zone, an AI Avatar took on the role of an interview candidate to create a mock interview environment and implemented an internal training scenario for training interviewers through repetitive role-playing.
In the public services zone, based on a real-world deployment case at Nonsan City Hall, we vividly demonstrated an AI Avatar created by filming an actual civil servant, accurately guiding citizens through administrative procedures and event information.
In the receptionist zone, an AI Avatar placed in the company lobby greeted visitors in place of a person and naturally handled reception tasks such as confirming the purpose of the visit, providing facility guidance, and connecting them with the appropriate contact person.
Results
The experience zones featuring actual partner brands and scenarios effectively improved visitors’ understanding and intent to adopt. Corporate representatives from each industry directly observed the demonstrations in zones closely related to their own work environments, which led to concrete adoption discussions, and the solution drew strong interest for its ability to be applied across such a wide range of industries with a single platform. This exhibition approach, centered on real implementation cases created with partners, increased both the credibility and practicality of Perso Interactive.
