ESTsoft set up an independent booth in Hall 7 (7F32), enabling visitors to directly experience its AI vision, 'The Most Universal Interface for Human'. Across five zones—mobility, retail, commerce, mobile, and more—the company showcased industry-specific innovation cases of its real-time conversational AI Avatar technology, 'Perso Interactive', and simultaneously unveiled on-site collaborations with KT and Samsung Electronics.



Background

AI Avatar technology has often remained at the stage of "high-quality demos." Whether it has evolved into a finished product deployable in real industrial environments—the global market had been viewing that question with a critical eye.

ESTsoft had already proven the real-world applicability of its technology by practically deploying Perso Interactive across various domains in Korea and abroad, including mobility, retail, education, and residential spaces. At a time when major partnerships with organizations such as NTT, KT, SK hynix, Daewoo E&C, POSCO Holdings, and offices of education were rapidly expanding, MWC26 was the ideal stage to present all these achievements in a condensed form to a global audience. Not just a simple technology demo, but enabling people to directly feel the real AX experience—that was the core objective of this exhibition.


Solution

The booth was composed of a total of five zones, designed to let visitors concretely experience industry-specific application scenarios of Perso Interactive.

In the NTT Zone, ESTsoft unveiled a mobility deployment case in collaboration with NTT and Nihon Kotsu. Following an MOU signed earlier this month, the companies are currently conducting a PoC to introduce a real-time conversational AI Avatar service in local taxis in Japan. The Signage Zone was a space where visitors could directly experience the MWC guide AI Avatar, encouraging natural immersion in the technology through a structure in which the AI explained the exhibition inside the venue.

The Live Commerce Zone presented a new revenue model based on an AI show host, while the Retail Zone demonstrated an intuitive voice-centered interface, clearly showing its potential for in-store application. In the Mobile Zone, SDKs and APIs were disclosed, proposing an expansion path that enables developers and partners to build their own ecosystems.

In addition, at the KT exhibition hall, 'AI Lee Kang-in,' which delivered cheering messages in seven languages, and at the Samsung Electronics exhibition hall, an 'AI Promoter' combined with Samsung’s Spatial Signage responded to visitors in real time, simultaneously showcasing practical collaboration use cases of the technology.


Results

Following its selection for the ITU’s 'AI for Good,' a UN specialized agency initiative, the technology was directly validated on the stage of the world’s largest mobile exhibition. The five-zone experience composition spanning mobility, retail, commerce, and mobile proved that Perso Interactive is no longer a single solution, but a deployable, end-to-end AI product applicable across industries.

The on-site collaborative exhibits with KT and Samsung Electronics publicly demonstrated the possibility of practical integration with major partners, becoming a signal flare for expanding global partnerships. The mobility PoC with NTT marks the first step toward visible full-scale overseas expansion, starting with the Japanese market.

In Korea as well, adoption by various companies and institutions—including NTT, KT, SK hynix, Daewoo E&C, POSCO Holdings, and offices of education—has been increasing rapidly, confirming that Perso Interactive is establishing itself as an AX platform that creates practical value in both everyday life and industrial settings.
