ESTsoft created AI avatars for all 24 members of A2O SOUL and A2O LITE. Fans can choose an artist’s AI avatar and have a face-to-face, real-time 1:1 video conversation.

Background

A2O SOUL and A2O LITE, the boy group and girl group introduced by producer Lee Soo-man, debuted with a new way to connect with fans in Korea and around the world: video calls.

BloomingTalk extends fan communication beyond text and voice, letting fans see an artist’s AI avatar while talking. Support for Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, and other languages helps make the experience accessible to global fans.

Solution

Using real filming data from the artists, ESTsoft built 24 AI avatars that capture each member’s unique look and presence. Perso Interactive connects fans with these avatars through real-time video conversations.

Meeting the AI Avatars at the Global Debut Show

At the global debut show on October 12, 2026, attendees experienced the A2O avatars firsthand. Artist AI avatars on kiosks introduced the groups and the debut show, while visitors to the BloomingTalk experience zone talked with the members’ AI avatars in real time.

Seeing an artist’s likeness while holding a conversation introduced a new touchpoint beyond text- and voice-based fan communication.
