COEX, a premier exhibition center in South Korea, serves as a major hub for large-scale events, drawing a vast number of domestic and international visitors. To overcome these limitations, an Interactive guidance kiosk powered by Perso Interactive AI was introduced. Visitors can now converse with an AI Human to receive comprehensive information—including event details, facility navigation, tourism, dining, and culture—all within a single conversational flow.
