Station
An efficient apartment complex management method proposed by Perso Interactive
About
In multi-unit housing management sites such as apartment complexes and buildings, repetitive tasks such as resident guidance, facility management inquiries, and notice delivery occur continuously, but due to limitations in the personnel and systems handling them, it was difficult to improve both response quality and operational efficiency at the same time.
Perso Interactive participated in the multi-unit housing and collective building management industry exhibition, showcased a station, and presented the possibility of introducing AI Avatar in the field of multi-unit housing management.
AI Avatar was implemented to perform tasks that management offices repeatedly handle, such as resident guidance, facility inquiries, and notice delivery, drawing strong interest from those in charge of multi-unit housing management and serving as an opportunity to confirm the practical potential for introducing an AI-based residential management solution.
Background for Introduction
In multi-unit housing and building management sites, repetitive communication tasks such as responding to resident inquiries, providing facility guidance, and delivering notices continue to arise. In particular, management offices have long struggled with issues such as repeatedly answering the same questions, missing notice deliveries, and limited responses outside business hours, while important management tasks have also been neglected. Residents, too, have had the inconvenience of having to make inquiries in person or search for notices to get the information they need.
To improve this structure, the need for an always-on response-oriented guidance system using AI was raised. As interest grew in efficient operating environments using AI technology even in the multi-unit housing management field, Perso Interactive introduced a real-time AI Avatar solution that can be applied directly to actual management sites through this industry exhibition.
Solution
Using the Perso Interactive station, we implemented an AI Avatar operating environment optimized for multi-unit housing management scenarios and demonstrated it on site. AI Avatar showed how major tasks occurring in actual management sites—such as resident guidance, facility management inquiries, and notice delivery—can be handled in a natural conversational format. Visitors were able to experience the functions by naturally conversing with AI through scenarios that assumed real resident situations at the exhibition site. Rather than stopping at a simple technology demo, we designed the experience around scenarios aligned with actual management workflows so that on-site staff could intuitively see the potential for adoption.

Results
At the exhibition site, we drew strong interest and positive responses from those in charge of multi-unit housing management. Inquiries about adoption continued from visitors who directly experienced AI Avatar performing actual management tasks, making it a meaningful opportunity to confirm the practical applicability of AI solutions in the multi-unit housing management field.
In particular, by directly seeing AI smoothly handle repetitive guidance tasks, there was a shared understanding of the potential to reduce the workload of management staff and increase operational efficiency. The experience reflecting real management sites helped make the image of AI adoption, which had previously felt abstract, more concrete, and gave on-site staff an opportunity to intuitively envision how it could be applied to their own work environments. In addition, we also verified the potential for expansion beyond apartments and buildings to various spaces such as office buildings and commercial facilities, laying a meaningful foundation for future adoption discussions.
Recommended For
If you are a manager responsible for multi-unit housing operations such as apartment complexes and buildings, a management office staff member considering automating resident responses and repetitive tasks, or a construction or real estate professional planning to build a smart residential environment, this case will serve as a good reference. It is an example that presents an effective direction for those seeking to improve both management staff efficiency and resident service quality at the same time.
Things You May Be Wondering
Q. Can it be deployed on site right away without installation or separate development?
A. Yes. Perso Interactive AI can be deployed immediately on site without separate development or infrastructure setup. However, if additional information or customization is needed, we carry out the desired development through prior consultation. After development, operation on site is possible simply by placing the station (kiosk) device.
Q. Is it structured so it can be applied directly to actual multi-unit housing?
A. Yes. If it is linked with management systems and data, it can also be applied in real operating environments. Notices, facility information, and inquiry responses can be customized to suit the site.
Q. Is it difficult for residents to use?
A. It is designed with a voice or simple touch-based interface, so even users who are not familiar with digital devices can use it easily.
"
I was impressed by the fact that AI can take over tasks that the management office has been handling repeatedly, and I expect operational efficiency to improve significantly when it is put into actual use.
